Excel Home Painting is a locally owned residential painting company based in Seattle, managed by Ryan Barr and David Koewler with a small full-time crew. It provides interior and exterior painting, kitchen-cabinet painting, standard preparation, minor drywall repairs and limited rot repairs. It works with homeowners and residential remodel contractors. Exterior work is seasonal and subject to access and weather; interiors can be scheduled year-round. Decks, fences, staining and pressure washing may be included in comprehensive projects but are not standalone services. Major drywall work, texturing and several other project types are referred elsewhere. Free bids include product and surface-condition discussions. Confirm project fit, available dates and the written scope.
