Enrollment is not open. Nothing on this page can be purchased yet.
Information onlyThere is no signup, no application form and no payment on this site. Provider accounts, ownership verification, agreements and billing are still being built, and the terms below take effect when the owner opens enrollment — not because this page describes them. Nothing here is an offer, and no information sent to this site today would reach anyone.
Two kinds of listing
A company can appear in this directory without having any relationship with us. That is the normal state, and it is not a trial, a trick, or a charge.
Unclaimed listing
- Compiled from the company’s own public website and other public sources. No one at the business supplied, reviewed or approved it.
- Labelled as unclaimed on the profile itself, with the source of the information stated. It is never presented as verified, endorsed or contracted.
- Free. It is not a subscription, a trial, or a step towards one, and it does not expire.
- Hours, services and service areas are what the company advertises publicly — shown as the company’s own claim, not as something we checked.
- A business can claim its listing: open the listing and choose Claim this listing, sign in, and tell us it is yours. A reviewer who is not you checks the claim before anything on the listing changes.
- Planned: correcting a listing yourself, or asking for it to be removed, from your account. Until then, contact us.
Enrolled provider
- A business claims its listing and proves ownership of, or authority to act for, the company. Managing its own profile, coverage and hours from the portal is still planned.
- Planned: a paid subscription to one service segment in one territory, which puts the company into the first-connection rotation for that segment and territory.
- Verification status is shown accurately either way. An enrolled company is not described as verified for anything that has not actually been checked, and paying does not create a verification.
- Subscribing does not remove, hide or downrank any other legitimate business’s listing. The directory is not for sale; the paid rotation is a separate thing layered on top of it.
Who is eligible
The directory exists to make independent, locally owned companies findable. That is a policy about ownership, not about size.
Ownership and affiliation
- Independent, locally owned service companies are the companies this directory is for.
- National corporate brands and nationally branded franchise networks are excluded from the initial directory.
- Operating several local branches is not a disqualification. A company is assessed on ownership and brand affiliation, never on branch count.
- Ownership is recorded on three separate axes: what the business is, how well that is evidenced, and whether an administrator has cleared it to list. The rules produce a recommendation, never the decision — a person makes that, and an override is recorded with its reason.
Checked before any paid routing
- Ownership of, or authority to act for, the business — established by a reviewer, not by the applicant asserting it.
- Eligibility as an independent company, as described on the left.
- Service coverage: that the company actually works in the territory it is buying.
- Applicable licensing and insurance, where the trade and the jurisdiction require them.
- Planned: credential expiry reminders at 90, 60, 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry, and an immediate pause of routing for the affected service if a credential lapses.
Territories and capacity
A territory is a defined group of ZIP codes, with city-name lookup for convenience. The exact ZIP list is shown before anything is bought.
- A territory is a defined ZIP-code group. Its exact ZIP membership is shown before purchase, so there is no argument afterwards about what was bought.
- At most 3 contracted companies share a service segment in a territory, and they take equal turns at the first connection opportunity.
- One slot per independently owned company, per segment, per territory. Related companies cannot hold two of the 3.
- A company may hold several territories where it has verified coverage. Each one is charged separately.
- Equal rotation of the first opportunity is a rotation, not a guaranteed number of leads, calls or jobs. What it fixes is the order of the turn.
- Holding a slot does not block, hide or downrank the unclaimed listings of other legitimate local businesses in the same area.
Subscription terms
Published subscription offers, per service segment and territory. Every U.S. state and location is eligible for review when enrollment opens.
411LocalPros Standard
$299/month
Per service segment, per territory.
Introductory, while the offer is available
$195/month
For the first 3 paid months of each new territory. It then moves to $299/month.
The change from $195/month to $299/month is disclosed up front. Planned: a reminder before introductory pricing ends; automated billing and reminders are not active.
What that means in practice
- Month to month. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
- The introductory rate is counted in paid months, per new territory. Rejoining a territory the company has held before does not start it again.
- Introductory offers disclose their standard price and paid-month duration before enrollment. Existing subscribers retain their agreed terms.
- Each service segment and each ZIP-group territory is a separate fee. There is no multi-territory discount at this stage.
- A failed payment means immediate notice and 7 days’ grace before paid routing is suspended. The slot stays reserved until day 30 from the original failure, then is released after notice if it is still unresolved.
- 411LocalPros pays for its own marketing. Subscribers are not billed separately for advertising.
A badge for your website
Every listed company can add a free “Find us on 411LocalPros” badge to its own website, linking to its listing here.
- Open your listing and choose Add a 411LocalPros badge to your website. You get a preview, the HTML to paste, and SVG and PNG downloads.
- Every company gets the same badge. When ownership has been confirmed, your listing here shows an Ownership confirmed seal, which stays current if anything changes.
- One badge on one page, such as your About or Contact page, is all it needs.
- The badge is optional and does not affect how your listing appears or is ordered.
Planned — not built yet
These are approved designs, not working features. They are described so the terms above make sense, and labelled so that nobody mistakes a plan for a product.
- Planned: live call connection. A customer calls, gives their name, service location, callback number and reason, and holds while the companies in the rotation are tried. An authorized person at the company has to answer and accept before anyone is connected; voicemail and answering services are not an answer.
- Planned: fallback. If none of the contracted companies can take it, the search widens to other qualified local companies serving that location. Those connections are free, with no automatic enrollment and no billing.
- Planned: missed-opportunity alerts. Immediate notice to a company that missed its turn, with the real reason and without the customer’s contact details, plus a daily summary.
- Planned: recording and transcription. Only with both parties’ consent, and the call still connects without it if either declines. Final consent handling and jurisdiction-specific requirements are subject to legal review before any of it is switched on.
- Planned: temporary unavailability. Mark the company unavailable, be skipped without it counting as a miss, and keep the slot.
- Planned: reviews. First of the 411LocalPros connection itself, and later a separate workflow for completed work. The two ratings stay distinct, and an invitation is never conditional on the feedback being positive.
What is not promised
- A number of leads, calls or jobs, in a month or ever. Rotation decides the order of the turn, not the volume of work.
- Revenue, return on investment, or a payback period.
- Search volume in a territory, a position in Google, or a mention by an AI assistant.
- That 411LocalPros performs, supervises or warrants the work. It is a directory and lead-connection platform, not the contractor of record.
There is nothing to sign up for yet
When provider accounts, verification and billing are built and the owner opens enrollment, this page will say so and the process will start here. Until then, the directory itself is the thing worth looking at.
