Privacy and analytics

411LocalPros is a public business directory. Business contact information shown in listings comes from public first-party sources. A listing does not verify licenses or insurance unless a specific detail is marked verified.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to public directory pages. Google processes browser and device information, page visits, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. With the same permission, we count clicks on provider call and website buttons as contact intent. A click does not establish that a call connected, a request was delivered, or a job was booked. We send the public profile page and button type, not the phone number or destination website address. Analytics cookies are set for up to 60 days. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, search text, ZIP-code queries, form contents, or authenticated portal activity to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can choose “No thanks” or change your choice using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of a public page. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by not enabling analytics.

Essential operation

Our hosting service processes network requests and operational logs needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from searching or contacting listed businesses. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser.

Contact and listing requests

You can contact us by email about privacy, incorrect business information or a listing removal request. We may need to confirm your authority before making a business listing change. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card information or identity documents by email.
