A cleaner offering an extra task does not make it part of every visit.
Agree products, supplies and entry arrangements

Agree keys or access codes, pets, parking and occupied rooms with the provider. Obtain any product-use or disinfection instructions from it directly.
Confirm recurring and return-visit terms
Compare the initial and repeat-visit prices, minimum commitment, rescheduling, cancellation and damage-reporting process. Ask what a satisfaction or reclean promise covers, its notice window and any exclusions. Keep the checklist and agreed extras with your confirmation. Changes in condition or requested tasks should be discussed before an additional charge.
